Based in Cleveland, OH, the Director of Business Intelligence & Strategy will lead our BI Reporting / Analytics function across Flynn Group’s seven iconic brands. Reporting to the VP of Business Insights & Marketing, they will be a key thought partner in developing a test & learn center of excellence, evaluating financial ROI for large-scale business decisions, supporting intuitive visualizations in Power BI, and generating insights that move our business forward. This role has high visibility across the organization and direct access to senior leadership within the brands and C-suite of Flynn Group.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a team of BI managers and analysts, enabling team development and success.
- Function as a key thought partner to the leadership team, providing insights, solutions, and recommendations to support critical decisions across our brands.
- Lead delivery service provider (DSP) initiatives to drive value creation and new capabilities in this complex channel.
- Lead return on investment (ROI) and pre-post net of control (PPNOC) evaluations, creating a center of excellence for test & learn.
- Support the development of key performance indicators for our new brands and geographies.
- Partner with our enterprise reporting team to prioritize enterprise and Analytics reporting pipelines, ensuring visualizations and takeaways are simple and intuitive for all stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for automation within marketing and the support center, and partner with IT to develop project charter and timelines.
