This role demands an inspiring and strategic leader who empowers teams, fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration, and ensures that organizational goals are met or exceeded.Reporting directly to the Vice President of Clinical Operations, the Executive Director is accountable for achieving the region’s budgeted EBITDA while delivering high-quality client care and driving sustainable growth.
