Alignment Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge as well as experience doing Alignments, and hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance. This role requires proficiency with various tools and equipment, as well as the ability to perform heavy lifting and work on diverse vehicle types. The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively.

Duties

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections, and Alignments
• Conduct automotive repairs and restoration tasks using hand tools and power tools.
• Diagnose mechanical issues through thorough inspections and testing.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair, auto restoration, and vehicle maintenance.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and customers.
• A valid driver's license is preferred for test-driving vehicles when necessary.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
