Employment Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Saturdays as needed
- Location: 9981 Old Route 22, Breinigsville, PA 18031
Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage Parts Sales: Work with the parts department team to develop sales through marketing materials, resources, and promotions.
- Training Coordination: Implement dealership training programs to improve employee knowledge and performance.
- CRM Management: Update the CRM system to track business opportunities and assess success ratios.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing Hunter dealership policies and procedures.
- Safety Compliance: Represent the parts department in safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety/OSHA regulations.
- Merchandising & Displays: Develop and maintain proper merchandising displays for parts.
- Budget Management: Assist with preparing and administering the annual operating budget for the parts department.
- Training & Succession Planning: Work with the Parts Manager to develop training and succession plans for the department.
- Health & Safety: Conduct health and safety training and presentations, while promoting a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in Business Management or equivalent experience
- 5 years of related experience in parts management and/or medium/heavy-duty truck industry
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company insurability standards
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications (preferred)
- Medium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist Certification (preferred)
