Who We’re Looking For:
- Diesel Technicians of all experience levels
- Day, afternoon & evening shifts available
- Enthusiastic, dedicated individuals eager to grow their skills!
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 months of related experience or training (or a combination of both)
- Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company insurability standards
Position Preferences:
- Vocational or technical school training
- Automotive experience
- Medium/Heavy-Duty truck experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform minor repairs independently with accuracy and efficiency
- Diagnose malfunctions and complete repairs as directed by a supervisor
- Assist in major repairs and collaborate with other technicians
- Work with parts department to ensure parts are available
- Conduct road tests when required and document all repairs performed
- Stay current on manufacturer technical bulletins and service updates
- Maintain accurate records for warranty claims and repairs
- Function well in a team environment and contribute to a safe and productive work culture
