What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- Associate's degree preferred, or 4 years of related sales experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential for success.
Licenses & Certifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required (Class B preferred).
- NJ State Sales License is preferred (or must be obtained within 6 months).

What You’ll Do:
As a New Truck Salesperson / Representative, your role is all about building relationships, meeting customer needs, and delivering high-quality trucks to a diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement: Actively call on and maintain a customer base in your territory, visiting at least 40 customers per month.
- Consultative Selling: Become a trusted advisor by understanding your customers’ operations and offering tailored solutions.
- Professional Presentations: Create and present customized proposals that showcase the best trucks and services for each customer.
- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on truck terminology, new inventory, and product features to ensure you can provide the best options for clients.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers are completely satisfied with their purchases, including making sure trucks are ready for delivery, conducting deliveries, and following up on any outstanding items.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the parts and service departments to emphasize our high-quality service offerings.
- Sales Administration: Process sales orders and paperwork efficiently, ensuring everything is in place for smooth transactions.
