What You’ll Do:
As a Parts Inside Sales Associate, your main role is to drive parts sales and build lasting relationships with customers. You’ll be responsible for:
- Prospecting new customers and growing business through phone outreach.
- Managing parts orders, advising on stock or special orders, and coordinating delivery schedules with customers.
- Collaborating with the service and parts teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
- Following up on orders to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Assisting Outside Sales Associates with customer visits when needed.
- Handling vehicle maintenance and ensuring required inspections are performed.
- Maintaining customer records and updating contact information as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of related experience in parts sales or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using sales/order management systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (meets company insurability standards).
- ASE Certifications and Medium/Heavy Truck Parts Specialist Certification are preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
