Hunter Truck is hiring! We are currently looking for a motivated and committed team member to join our Clarksburg, NJ location as a Receptionist.

EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION:  

• Schedule: Part -time /  Monday to Friday, 20-25 hours a week. Flexible, but set schedule.
• Location: 524 Monmouth Road, Clarksburg NJ 08510

SUMMARY:

This Receptionist is responsible for Intercepting and routes incoming calls, takes thorough messages, and provides basic information to callers in a courteous and professional manner.  Greets visitors at the office entrance and directs them to the proper location.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED required. 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company insurability standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service as first point of customer contact, both in person and verbal. 
• Operate a multi-line phone system.
• Answer all incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner, transferring them to the appropriate person or department quickly, or operating the dealership paging system to call individuals to the phone.
• Minimizes the time callers are on hold and checks back with them frequently to ensure they wish to continue holding.
• Takes detailed messages when call cannot be completed including caller's name, telephone number, time of call, and information requested, and delivers to appropriate party in a timely manner.
• Screens incoming calls as requested by managers.
• Develop knowledge of basic dealership information in order to respond to callers who have general inquiries.
• Notify the IT department of any problems with the phone system.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
