What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Shipper/Receiver, you’ll play a key role in managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy, and keeping our warehouse organized. Your responsibilities include:
- Verifying shipments: Compare identifying information and quantities to invoices and records to ensure accuracy.
- Preparing shipments: Help determine the most efficient shipping methods and modes for customer orders.
- Managing inventory: Receive, stock, and organize parts inventory, while ensuring accuracy and proper bin locations.
- Operating equipment: Safely operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials and parts throughout the warehouse.
- Handling returns: Process customer returns, warranty claims, and defective parts efficiently.
- Warehouse maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and meets safety standards.
- Collaborating: Work closely with the parts team and other departments to maintain smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma (GED acceptable)
- 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- OSHA-approved forklift training (provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety: Ability to follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
