Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Location: 1463 Manheim Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601

What You’ll Do:
Oversee a team of 8-12 technicians, ensuring high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, helping them improve their skills.
Assist in recruitment, training, and motivating technicians to ensure exceptional service.
Road test vehicles and perform quality control checks to ensure repairs meet our high standards.
Manage warranty claims and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment, ensuring the proper care of equipment and tools.
What You Need:
Experience: 4-10 years of related experience or a combination of education and training.
Licenses & Certifications: Valid driver’s license, Commercial Driver’s License (preferred), State Vehicle Inspector Certification (preferred).
Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise and motivate a team, providing performance reviews and addressing concerns.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
