Hunterdon Central Regional High School is looking for a Security Coordinator - Truancy Officer to coordinates security for the school district, including oversight of the campus security officers. Patrols the grounds, buildings, and other areas and facilities of the school, libraries, athletic fields or other public facilities and installations in order to provide protection from harm to persons gathered therein. Acts as district truancy officer in student truancy cases.

The following are the qualifications:
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License.
- NJ substitute certificate required.
- Experience in the area of education and/or dealing with juveniles in an educational setting.
- Experience in law enforcement, security and/or emergency management preferred.
- Experience as a supervisor of law enforcement, security and/or emergency management preferred.
- Possess basic computer skills to operate computer systems, building alarm systems, and surveillance systems.
- Must successfully complete a training program and meet all training requirements for School Crossing Guard as established by the Raritan Township Police Department.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others, and communicate clearly and effectively.
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
