Position Summary

  • Provides a high level of customer service to patients. Responsible for all non clinical aspects of patient care.

  • Work Contact Group (Internal / External)

  • HMC Employees, Providers, Patients & Families, Visitors, Vendors / Representatives
  • Reporting Relationships

  • Office / Practice Manager, Front Office Coordinator and / or Supervisor, Practice Director, Operations Manager
