Join our Human Resources team as a temporary recruiter. This assignment is 6-8 months in length and is a hybrid position.
Position Summary
- Performs recruitment related duties to ensure the timely recruitment, selection and hiring of qualified employees and physicians to meet the organization’s operational staffing needs. Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment / hiring process.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation) :
Required :
At least 1 year of experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Experience in a hospital or health care setting
License, Registry or Certification :
Required :
None
HR Certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
Knowledge, Skills and / or Abilities :
Required : Strong interpersonal skills; customer orientation; ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment; working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to research and analyze various types of information; ability to investigate and make recommendations to effectively resolve problems / issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations or government law.
