Position Summary
- Provides statistical support as requested for the Director of Physical and Occupational Therapy, provides IT and clerical support, and coordinates office activities for the Physical and Occupational Therapist at offsite locations.
Primary Position Responsibilities
- Completes intakes and schedules patients.
- Registers patients.
- Completes all insurance responsibilities for efficient reimbursement.
- Provides financial support.
- Cleans and maintains all equipment and monitors and replaces all supplies to allow department to run efficiently.
- Performs clerical duties such as filing, copying, faxing, and collection of statistics.
