LIVunLtd is seeking a highly motivating and dynamic Pilates and / or Barre Fitness Instructor who has a passion for making fitness fun! This individual will join the Huntersville Family Fitness & Aquatics team to deliver exceptional client services through our facilities' programming. Classes take place daily in the mornings and evenings. We are currently seeking individuals to support group exercise and other functional area programming for the facility.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITITESLeads energizing, fun, safe, and educational group classes, as directed by the director / coordinator, to accomplish the LIVNC mission and goals.Maintains working knowledge of wellness and trends to provide effective information and support to members.Ensure safety of members through exercise technique and make appropriate modifications if necessary.Builds effective, authentic relationships with members.Keeps accurate class attendance records.Ensures facility, equipment and environment are appropriately prepared for each class.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Minimum one (1) year experience of previous group fitness instructions Current certification from a nationally accredited certification AFAA, ACE, NASM, NSCA - CSCS, CPT or ACSM, etc.Current CPR / AED CertificationsAbility to react calmly and effectively in emergency situationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be organized and customer service orientedBENEFITSAs a Member of the LIVunLtd Team you can expect : Growth opportunitiesA fun, friendly, professional working environmentCompetitive compensation within industry standardsCOMPENSATIONThe Group Exercise Instructor position with LIVunLtd at Huntersville Family Fitness & Aquatics pays minimum wage aligned with state regulations for corporate education and development initiatives.
