Huntersville Ford is on the lookout for a document specialist / scanner to manage the storage, organization, and scanning of documents. In this position, you will be responsible for cataloging documents to ensure they are easily accessible, scanning them into our dealer management system, and aiding in the secure disposal of outdated documents. Additionally, you will review documents for accuracy and direct any incorrect documents to their appropriate locations. Our ideal candidate has some administrative experience, is computer savvy, and has strong organizational skills. Experience with CDK is an added advantage. For those with limited experience this position serves as an excellent foundation for individuals seeking to embark on a rewarding career.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the storage and organization of documents
- Collect and scan documents
- Review documents for accuracy
- Enter and update information in our dealer management system
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
