Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide Business Development and Sales support to management functions across the Hunting OOR Product Line, aligned to Hunting’s North America business strategy.
  • Provide support to operation functions in the region, in close liaison with the OOR technical team in respect of day to day operational and planning coordination/laboratory, allocating internal and external resources, evaluating performance, reporting and communicating within the Hunting/OOR Group and all associated 3rd parties.
  • Provide planning expertise to progress OOR projects from initial meetings to final close-out at each project stage/milestone, primarily in the given region.
  • Ensure an accurate stock management and level tracking for all sampling equipment.
  • Provide support to OOR management in assisting with in-country agents, representatives or distributors liaison and documentation, and in close liaison with the OOR GPLM and Hunting’s Legal Department.
  • Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans for responsible region.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of revenue and finances. Responsibility for regional P&L.
  • Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
  • Provide support, or the development and implementation of processes to support the OOR business.
  • Maintaining and surpassing the necessary Group, Company, Industry and International standards, regulations, statutes, compliance and other governmental guidance to ensure as far as is reasonably practicable, that best practices in the field of the Technology are exercised.
  • Defining, developing and persistently instilling efficient and effective process controls and policy compliance with respect to OOR planning and operational performance.
  • Review and apply continuous improvement processes and best practices in an ongoing effort to improve the operations, services and processes, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Facilitate and coordinate all required Laboratory Reports, from laboratory updates and initial well sampling reports to final multi-well laboratory reports, in preparation for GPLM approval and sign-off.

  • Promoting Hunting Health, Safety and Environmental policies, and communicate effective awareness of the risks and hazards to all personnel and maintain controls necessary for their safety and that of others
  • Performing all duties in accordance with the Company’s Quality Procedures and work Instructions in order to deliver and maintain the highest standards of quality for all products and services
  • Developing self within role and participate in and develop from training and developmental activities assigned to oneself
  • Understanding Hunting’s service and product offerings
  • Establishing self as a subject matter expert with customer and expert in designated technical/professional discipline
  • Creating and maintaining good working relationships
  • Understanding and using the correct reporting lines
  • Employees are expected to work whatever reasonable hours are necessary to meet the requirements of their job

Experience

Required
  • 5 - 8 years: Experience with a regional P&L, Sales, Business Development & Operations in the upstream Oil & Gas industry

Education

Required
  • Bachelors or better in Engineering or related field
