What are the responsibilities and job description for the PCE Rental Coordinator position at Hunting Energy Services?
The Rental Coordinator is required to communicate with third parties to ensure equipment is available in a timely manner, often having to meet strict deadlines and turnaround times. The Rental Coordinator is expected wo work to deadlines and balance the variety of tasks daily. The Rental Coordinator must work closely with the sales team and production manager to ensure work is prioritized and scheduled correctly.
1. Manage all rental assets and actively communicate with fellow departmental members to ensure deadlines are met while providing support to the sales team when required.
2. Along with sales team, generate all relevant paperwork for rental orders including workshop instructions, rental/sales orders, prepare quotations and raise requisitions.
3. Monitor, maintain, and communicate rental equipment inventories within Hunting. As required, review and request additional equipment to supplement equipment inventory.
4. Communicate with customers both verbally and electronically including responding quickly and attentively to customer needs and developing close customer relationships.
5. Participate in on call system and provide mobile support responding to urgent client requests.
6. Assist the PCE Production Manager in managing certain levels of PCE inventory to determine if there is excess or shortage. Keep standard cost information and parts information updated within the ERP system.
