What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lifeguard position at Hunting Hills Country Club?
This is a seasonal position that will end in mid September.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintains active surveillance of the pool area
- Knows and reviews all emergency procedures and responds to emergency situations immediately in accordance with HHCC policies, and procedures; completes related reports as required
- Knows, understands, and consistently applies safety rules, policies, and guidelines for the pool and aquatic area
- Checks the pool for hazardous conditions when arriving
- Attends all staff meetings and in-service training
- QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Lifeguard certification
- Swim Instructor certification preferred
- 1 year of Lifeguard experience preferred
- Working on Labor Day, Memorial Day and 4th of July are required to attain this position
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
