Job Purpose
This position is responsible for supporting the development, deployment, communication, and measurement of various documentation control functions for the Electronics division based in Houston, TX.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for printing / creating WO packets and monitoring WO labor hours in BI.
- Use Omnify PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) software to maintain all electronic documentation for division.
- Monitor assigned ECO / NPI until information is released from Omnify PLM to Intuitive ERP system.
- Implement all internal and external engineering change orders and determine the effect on
- Work orders
- Bills of material
- Purchase orders
- Sales orders
- Drawings
- Revisions
- Work with other departments to create BOM structures needed to support manufacturing work orders.
- Input and maintain work order data and routings into Technomatix manufacturing tracking system
- Verify Sales order information against Omnify PLM system to ensure accuracy
- Provide all required documents to manufacturing and maintain work order status log
- Create and maintain all physical files
- Schedule engineering change order meetings
- Update released work order packets after engineering change order implementation
