Home Visitor Assistant
Location: Mount Union and Huntingdon
Position Information: Full Time/Full Year
Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday
Description:
- Assist Home Visitors in planning and implementing activities for home visits, socializations, and Family Fun Days.
- Clean toys that are used each week during home visits.
- Provide childcare, supervising developmentally appropriate activities for infants/toddlers in the classroom during program activities.
- Provide and coordinate transportation for families as assigned by supervisor.
- Perform minor clerical functions such as filing, copying, collating of materials, etc.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, prior experience in working with infants and toddlers and families preferred but not required. Must possess a valid PA driver's license and an accident-free driving record.
*Working hours are scheduled based upon the needs of the program. Employee will be required to work evenings and occasional Saturdays as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.35 per hour
