What are the responsibilities and job description for the Consumer Bank Sales Process Manager position at Huntington Bank?
Description
Develop tools, training resources & support materials for branch colleagues to help with sales process execution. Collaborate & work in tandem with Customer Experience Innovation Team, Omni Channel Team & OCR partners to look holistically at the banker & customer experience. Build solutions over multiple time frames (immediate solutions, short term solutions, long term solutions) based on technology integration, brand evolution & digital strategy. Conduct research to validate strategic direction (internal field observation/ feedback, external analysis of our industry). Create & lead delivery efforts for ‘go-to-market’ execution plans by developing resources, planning key communications & presenting key updates to leadership & the branch network. Represent the branch banker in every key meeting- ensure strategic projects & segment objectives will lead to banker advantages & a better customer & colleague experience overall. Work in close alignment with Retail leaders & Sales Strategy team to add synergy & help the franchise achieve business objectives.
