Summary:

Our Business Intelligence team is growing, and we're looking for an outstanding Business Intelligence Associate Creator to join our team. Data is at the core of everything that Huntington does, and the Business Intelligence team acts as the guardians of its integrity, and how it can be best used to make decisions throughout the business. Our goal is to be the Best performing Regional Bank in America, and we need data and analytics to meet that goal.

As we advance our reporting, analytics and data visualization capabilities, we want individuals who are interested in developing skills in strategic, analytical, and technical support for business intelligence activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with business teams to define and document business requirements for new metrics and reports.
• Assist with the design, development, and maintenance of reports and analytical tools.
• Perform ongoing monitoring and refinement of reports.
• Provide basic technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.
• Identifies and analyzes errors and inconsistencies in the data and provides timely resolutions.
• Learn to translate data results into written reports, tables, graphs, and charts to convey information to management.
• Creates written communication materials that effectively summarize findings and support recommendations.
• Creates ad hoc reports and views on a frequent basis to assist management in understanding, researching, and analyzing issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Business Administration or related creative fields)
• 2 years of related experience in Business Intelligence including leveraging both structured and unstructured data sources

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in writing software requirements and test specifications
• Experience using data to drive business decisions
• Experience working with BI and other tooling (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Snowflake)
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies on the job
• Financial Services background

Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
