Job Description Summary
Operations Customer Service Specialist 2 - OPS performs research and adjustments in completing the governmental reclamations process.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing of governmental Reclamations, Fed Debits, and Death Notification entries.
- Research including, but not limited to, internal and external phone calls, address verification, and payment returns.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
This position will be available hybrid. You must be near a Huntington Corporate office.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 or more years of banking operations experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)
