Huntington Beach Hyundai Automotive is seeking a dedicated candidate with attention to detail as a Inventory Clerk to join our growing team. Fast learner motivated and willing to do above and beyond.
Job duties will include and but not limited to:
- The Inventory Deposits Clerk specializes in dealership inventories, dealer trades, and daily deposits
- Wholesales Posting and title work & collecting on payments
- Daily Bank Deposits
- Update and maintain the inventory database
- Create jackets for auto inventory
- Ensuring titles and title documentation is correct on all purchases
- Supporting our Business Office Manager in all things related to dealership inventories
- Control assigned company funds and communicate all questionable transactions and/or documentation to the Business Office Manager
- Completes applicable documentation accurately and according to corporate policies and procedures as well as review for accuracy and proper completion of all documentation completed by others
- Prep and analyze reports
- Communicate efficiently with vendors
- Special projects as assigned
This is a full time position, benefits and 401k plan offered. Pay based on experience. Automotive Experience required.
