Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender/Server you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, taking food orders and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our members. Your ability to multitask and maintain a high level of hospitality will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Take food orders as needed and clean up afterwards.
• Engage with members, providing recommendations and ensuring an enjoyable experience.
• Process member orders efficiently using our Jonas POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Collaborate with service staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock levels.
• Adhere to all food handling regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Country Club experience preferred
• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred, with knowledge of mixology techniques being a plus.
• Familiarity with Jonas POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with members.
• Excellent time management skills, allowing for efficient multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
• A friendly demeanor with strong hospitality skills that enhance the guest experience.
• Polished, groomed and neat presentation required
