Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of machinery and facilities.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns and inquiries.

Requirements:

-Must be A/C Certified with Experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, etc.
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment using various tools and materials.
- Proficient in English with good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and logic controllers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to perform basic electrical repairs.
- Welding experience is a plus.

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
