Job Description
We're looking for a Information Assurance Toolsmith (Platform IA – Cloud) expert to work at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. The scope of this work supports the United States Air Force, providing the program with a broad range of professional services in Information Assurance, including administration of the Atlassian Tools Suite (Confluence, Jira or system privileged use).

Essential Job Responsibilities
Using your knowledge of Information Assurance, and experience on DoD ACAT I or equivalent development programs you will provide :
Evaluation of system security and information assurance requirements consistent with the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 (replaces Director of Central Intelligence Directive (DCID) 6 / 3), including
Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG) (replaces Joint Air Force, Army
Navy (JAFAN) 6 / 3)
Committee for National Security Systems (CNSS) Instruction 1253
Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 8510.01
National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-53
Additionally, you'll be responsible for reviewing, analyzing ,and assessing aircraft systems configurations / architectures to identify security, safety, and mission-critical functions / components and critical program information (CPI) and be an application administrator for Jira and Confluence
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum three (3) years of relevant DoD IA experience and a technical Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
Five (5) years of relevant DoD IA experience can be used to substitute for a technical Associates
One (1) of these relevant IA experience years must be within a recognized ACAT I (or equivalent) program
One (1) year on a Special Access Program.
TS / SCI clearance
Must have a DoD 8570 Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I (Security ) or equivalent certifications.
Must have Information Assurance knowledge and experience on DoD ACAT I or equivalent development programs to include evaluating system security and information assurance requirements consistent with the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 (replaces Director of Central Intelligence Directive (DCID) 6 / 3)
