Hours:
- Part-time role with up to 32 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule Monday – Thursday, between the hours of 11-8:30pm, and Saturdays between 9am-3pm.

What a typical day can look like:
- Assessing student programs, reviewing curriculum options, and making adjustments as needed to ensure students achieve their goals.
- Meeting with parents to discuss student performance, progress, and goals.
- Connecting with school teachers and counselors to collaborate for student success.
- Marketing within the community and schools to raise awareness of our services and student results.
- Supervising part-time teachers to fuel the highest quality teaching.
- Teaching students when needed.
A successful candidate has the following:
- A completed, 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
- 3 years experience in management, customer service, and/or education.
- Teaching/tutoring and/or ACT/SAT experience desired, but not required.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Empathic approach and passion for helping kids achieve their academic goals.
- Comfortable with financial conversations and recommending additional tutoring services.
