MUST HAVES :

Must have a 4-year degree to qualify.
Entry-level opportunity, 1-2 years of management, customer service, sales or education preferred.
Outstanding communication skills a must.
Valid state driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Greeting

Work with new inquiries – phone and walk-ins

Manage front-end administrative office.

Schedule, assist, and supervise part-time teachers.

Maintenance of student schedules and absences

Maintenance of teacher schedules and absences

Monitor Center daily activity.

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Payable

Review student programs and ensure academic achievement.

Instruct students as needed.

New Hire paperwork

Marketing orders

Supply orders

Curriculum orders

Expenses

Academic Evaluation prep and scoring

Conference prep

Confirm evaluations and conferences

Teacher training

Presentation preparation for Directors

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Salary : $17 - $20
