As a Center Manager, your focus is to provide superb customer service that leads to all students in your center having an exceptional experience each day. Center Director’s responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
CENTER DIRECTOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Summary: The Center Manager is responsible for meeting revenue, operations, and marketing goals at the Center through generating new business, retaining existing business, and managing and developing full-time staff. The Center Manager is the leader, trainer, and administrator.

MANAGE
Manage to meet this month's revenue, expense, operations, and marketing goals. Meet weekly with OM to discuss goals and the action plans to meet them.
Manage staff. Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with full-time staff to discuss goals and the action plans to meet them. Conduct daily meetings with full-time staff about daily activities. Set short- and long-term goals for each full-time staff member. Provide on-going feedback to improve performance and meet goals.
Manage all center activities and their quality.
Manage center finances, including cash flow, payments, close outs, returned checks, and refunds and expenses related to staff and other expenses delegated by OM.
STAFF
Manage, train, and evaluate all other full-time center staff.
Participate in teacher meetings.
Follow appropriate personnel procedures and maintain accurate personnel records for all other full-time center staff. Ensure that center staff follows appropriate personnel procedures and maintain accurate personnel records for part-time center staff.
Maintain a high level of staff morale. Minimize staff turnover.
OPERATE
Offer students the best education possible. Adhere to the Huntington Code of Ethics and the Brand Standards Manual. Maintain Huntington standards. Ensure that all manuals are current.
· At Level 1 and Level 2 centers, the CD conducts all interim and student interim conferences.
· At Level 3 and Level 4 centers, the CD conducts 20% of ICs and Student ICs. The Managing Director conducts the remainder.
Prepare for each IC by working with each student to get to know him and his program, and by talking with his teachers.
Monitor, program, and reprogram student instructional programs. Maintain Student Permanent Folders and Student Instructional Binders. Review, or manage the review of, each student's instructional program at least once per month.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Management or Education preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Possess a sincere desire to make a difference in the lives of students and their families.
