At Huntington, we are eager to continue to build our exam prep and high school subject tutoring team! Huntington Learning Center South Tampa is now hiring qualified and caring teachers and math professionals to work directly with students on subject areas, including SAT/ACT math concepts, algebra 1 & 2, geometry, trigonometry, statistics, and calculus.

Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's degree
- Must live in the Tampa Bay area. This position is not remote.
- Must have experience teaching SAT/ACT math concepts, Algebra 1 & 2, and Geometry
- Certification/license preferred
- Must be a dedicated and qualified professional committed to the success of students!
- Candidates will take an assessment and need to show mastery of skills ranging from Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, etc. before starting the position.
- Must be available at least one weekend day.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized tutoring sessions to high school students
- Work with students to review their goals, keep them accountable, and increase test scores
- Create a positive learning environment
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Utilize physical and online curriculum
Flexible Schedule:
- You are able to create your schedule based on tutoring hours:
- Mondays through Thursdays 2:00-8:30 pm
- Saturdays 9:00-4:00 pm
- Sundays 11:00-4:00 pm
- Must be available at least one weekend day.
