Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the center, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for all students.
- Develop, implement, and document marketing and strategic plans, focusing on school visits, vendor engagement, and stakeholder outreach to promote Huntington’s services.
- Conduct, and document monthly parent-teacher conferences to discuss each student's progress, address any concerns, and collaboratively plan for their continued development and success.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring high retention rates and creating a culture of satisfied, engaged families.
- Ensure all students have an exceptional and successful experience at Huntington, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire team members, fostering a culture of professional growth, collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with teachers, school administrators, parent-teacher organizations, and families to create a supportive and collaborative educational network.
Salary : $24 - $27
