Duties
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with educators and other stakeholders to create engaging and effective curricula.
- Recruit and manage students for educational programs.
- Oversee project management from concept to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare and manage budgets for educational programs and projects.
- Write grant proposals and reports to secure funding for educational initiatives.
- Provide academic advising and support to students, including identifying and addressing individual needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, and other educational partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Experience working with students, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong background in project management, with experience in budgeting and grant writing.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to create engaging curricula.
- Proven experience in academic advising and supporting students.
