We are seeking dedicated and passionate Elementary School and Middle School Tutors to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized academic support to elementary school students, helping them improve their understanding of core subjects such as math, reading, and writing.

Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in subjects including math, reading and writing and science.
Participate in training to provide optimum instruction.
Monitor and evaluate students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and the team at the center
Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to build students' confidence and motivation.
Communicate effectively with other teachers to discuss students' progress and any concerns.
Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, attendance, and student progress.
Stay updated with the latest educational methods and curriculum changes by attending required training.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 10 to 12 hours a week
Previous experience in tutoring or teaching elementary school students, desired but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to adapt to students' individual learning needs and schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
Teaching certification or credentials.
Working Conditions:
Tutoring sessions may take place in the center or online.
Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required to accommodate students' schedules.
