We are looking for someone to join our Huntington team at the Fayetteville, NY center as an Exam Prep Director. We offer PAID TRAINING, starting at $18 per hour, with performance-based raises.
Job Summary:
The Exam Prep Director reports to the Center Director and is responsible for managing all aspects of Exam Prep and Specific Subject Tutoring Services, including supervision of program prescription and instruction, monitoring student progress, and training part-time tutors.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to…
- Coordinate all higher-level instruction, including SAT/ACT, ISEE/HSPT, NYS Regents Exams, ASVAB, as well as High School Subject Tutoring.
- Train, manage, motivate, and evaluate part-time tutors.
- Supervise instruction to ensure effectiveness and competency.
- Assist Center Director and Assistant Director of Education with facilitating staff meetings.
- Keep up-to-date with testing procedures, content, and instructional procedures.
- Administer and correct Academic Evaluations.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the Center Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Previous tutoring, teaching, or training experience (required)
- Strong understanding of fundamental math and science concepts across various grade levels (preferred)
- Possess a sincere desire to make a difference in the lives of students and their families

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
