Under the direction of the Director of Company Center Operations, a Company Center Operations Manager expectation is to train and develop their teams to meet and exceed Revenue, NOI and Key Operating Number goals.
Responsibilities:
- The Operations Manager manages each Center Director/Manager in the region, and is responsible to set revenue, Key Operating Number, NOI, and marketing goals, and to meet these goals through management and development of full-time staff within the region.
- Develop the business plan; Set revenue, operating, and marketing goals. Meet the business plan and goals through management and development of quarterly, monthly, and weekly action plans. Communicate short- and long-term goals and action plans to each CD/CM. Manage CD/CM's to meet these goals. Provide on-going follow-up and feedback to improve performance in meeting goals.
- Manage and coordinate marketing plans with CD/CM to meet marketing goals. Develop positive relationships with school personnel to increase Huntington's presence in the community. Manage and coordinate all professional contacts, including student-focused school visit and event-focused school visits and PTA and parent workshops.
- Manage region and Center finances, including cash flow, payments, close outs, returned checks, refunds and expenses related to marketing, phone, travel, inventory, and other items.
- Train and evaluate CD/CM's and Center Staff. Plan and conduct training weekly and as needed.
- Maintain a high level of staff morale and minimize staff turnover
- Travel within the region and to the Corporate Office is required.

- Minimum of one year in center as a Center Director/Center Manager or at the recommendation of the Director of Company Center Operations
