Huntington Learning Center, a trusted name in education since 1977, is looking for dedicated tutors to support students in Math, English, Study Skills, Exam Prep (SAT/ACT), and Science. You'll work with students from elementary through high school, providing personalized instruction in a supportive, one-on-one or small group setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized tutoring sessions to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Use educational technology to engage students and enhance their learning.
- Track and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
- Foster a positive, supportive learning environment that encourages student confidence and active participation.
- Administer pre- and post-assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Record and track student progress in our system.
- Receive comprehensive training on the Huntington Curriculum for ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in high-level math (Algebra, Geometry, Calculus) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of advanced English and language arts.
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Familiarity with current learning technologies and their application in education.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Requirements:
- Must currently hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- Availability Monday-Thursday from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (as needed).
- Must be a caring, dedicated professional who is committed to helping students succeed.
