Team Lead
Overview:
Join our team as a Team Lead where you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and organizational support. As a Team Lead, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Tues-Fri 3-8 and Sunday 10-4
Duties:
-Train and coach tutors on best practices
- Greet and assist students with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Manage students checking in and out.
- Manage the teaching floor
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with clerical tasks as needed
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette in all interactions
- Supervise teachers and students to uphold high standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
