Summary:
Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist 2s manage the day to day servicing lifecycle for all performing real estate loans to include mortgages, personal credit lines, and installment loans secured by real estate. This would include the initial boarding of loans to the MSP servicing system through the disposition of loans through the lien release process. In addition to the daily maintenance on real estate loans Consumer Loan Services is also responsible for monthly reconciliation and remittance of funds to GSE’s and other private investors. Consumer Loan Servicing is a fast paced, highly regulated environment. Positions in this job family must adhere to written policies and procedures and will be regularly audited to ensure compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Account research, GL Processing, Loan Adjustments, Exceptions Processing and Complex Balancing Procedures
- Corresponds with internal and external customers as needed via written communication
- Handles basic work functions including mail sorting, data entry, document retrieval
- Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Minimum 2 year customer service experience
- 1 or more years of consumer loan documentation experience
- Appraisal experience
- Property Tax experience
- Home Owners Insurance experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient PC skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize work
