Compensation Range
$260,000-$280,000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

Summary:

Duties And Responsibilities
- Interact with the executive leadership team (ELT) and each of the payments segment management teams to define long-term strategic roadmaps, the associated programs and a projects required to deliver those, as well as the supporting the development of the business and functional requirements that are required to complete delivery.
- Throughout the service delivery life cycle, manage the overall delivery programs and manage and communicate issues, changes, and risk associated with respective segments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree focused in technology or equivalent work experience
- 10 years IT Delivery experience, including managing multiple IT disciplines (Ex. Architecture, Development, Infrastructure / Operations, Testing and program management)
- Enterprise Payments experience (preferred: Credit Card, Zelle, ACH, Wires, Real Time Payments, etc.)
- 5 years experience managing large IT teams
- Banking, Financial Services or Fintech highly preferred
- Experience with Retail Banking, Credit Card, Mortgage, Auto, Wealth Management and Consumer Lending payment products.
- Strong budget planning and management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels across the organization
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Problem solving skills/ability to handle complex issues
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
