Responsibilities For The Fiduciary Risk Manager Include
- Maintenance of fiduciary policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Maintenance of first-line fiduciary control environment to maintain the effectiveness of fiduciary risk management practices, policies, and procedures.
- Works with key business partners and Segment Risk to identify and remediate fiduciary risk issues
- Provide insights, advice and guidance to Advisors and other key business partners to support decision-making processes aimed at mitigating fiduciary risks and optimizing personal fiduciary business strategy.
- Provide oversight of fiduciary activities by participating in fiduciary committees and meetings with senior trust management, Segment Risk, Internal Audit, and other key stakeholders, as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 Years Experience in Personal Fiduciary Services, Trust and Investment Management
- Juris Doctor
- Proven track record of exceeding expectations, goals and deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate, both in writing and verbally, with a wide range of leaders, Advisors and key business partners
