Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines. Lead the execution of projects from inception to completion.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and effective collaboration.
