The primary function is to direct the Academic Center for Excellence, (ACE) which provides support services and instruction for students, and to oversee the University’s compliance with student disability requirements.

Qualifications
- Must have a strong personal Christian commitment and faith in Jesus Christ, a desire to serve others and a commitment to being a faithful steward of college resources
- Demonstrated understanding of Christian higher education, preferred
- Master’s degree in Rehabilitation, Counseling, Student Development, Special Education or a related field, preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork skills
- Knowledge and experience in the fields of college-level academic support services, disability, and standardized testing
- Ability to supervise/delegate and execute multiple projects and tasks concurrently
- Possess a high level of problem-solving skills
