Huntington University has an opening for an Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
This position involves the performance of a variety of responsibilities in support of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of Faculty.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a strong desire to serve others and a commitment to being a faithful steward of university resources
- Must be committed to the mission of Huntington University as a comprehensive Christian College dedicated to educating men and women to impact our world for Christ
- Demonstrated understanding of Christian higher education, preferred
- Excellent communications skills
- Positive interpersonal skills and a team player
- Possess a high level of problem-solving skills
- Commitment to continuous process improvement
- Ability to execute multiple projects and tasks concurrently
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Considerable knowledge of office procedures, computer software and record maintenance
- Commitment to confidentiality
- High level of communication, organizational and time management skills
