Huntleigh USA Corporation is a contracted service provider for Southwest Airlines.
Position Overview:
As a Radio Room Support, you will be working directly with Southwest Airlines employees to ensure they have access to functional and reliable radios for their work. The position is a full-time role with a pay rate of $14 per hour. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain, keep track of, check out, and check in radios to Southwest Airlines employees who require them for their work.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and organize the inventory of radios in the radio room.
2. Keep track of the radios issued to Southwest Airlines employees.
3. Check out radios to employees as per their requirements and ensure proper documentation.
4. Collect and check in radios from employees at the end of their shifts or when no longer needed.
5. Perform regular inspections and maintenance of radios to ensure they are in good working condition.
6. Troubleshoot basic radio issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
7. Provide excellent customer service to Southwest Airlines employees by addressing their radio-related queries and concerns.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the radio room.
Requirements:
1. Ability to sit for long periods of time.
