We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring project timelines are met, and ensuring quality standards are upheld. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure quality standards are met
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or HeavyBid
- Familiarity with civil engineering software such as Civil 3D
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction documents
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
