We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Skills:
- Excellent guest relations skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
