SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES : Middle School Teacher for Dual Language program (Spanish / English). The dual language teacher is responsible for developing lesson plans and delivering engaging, differentiated instruction that is aligned with the curriculum following guidelines set by State of Illinois law and board policy. The teacher is responsible for creating an environment of respect and rapport while establishing a culture for inquiry and language learning in which safety and order are the norms.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's Degree. Holds an Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with endorsements in Middle School, Language Arts, and Bilingual Education. Demonstrated fluency in both Spanish and English. Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively with parents, colleagues, and administrators to improve educational practices.
