We’re seeking an Media Account Director (Digital) to lead our media strategy and execution efforts. This role requires a seasoned professional with 5-10 years of experience in media planning, buying, execution. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our clients’ success by leveraging your expertise in media strategy, negotiation, and campaign optimization.
Responsibilities
Digital Strategic Media Planning :
Partner with clients, account teams, and leadership to develop strategic media plans that align with business objectives, target audiences, and budgets.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, audience behaviors, and opportunities.
Craft multi-channel strategies, including digital, to maximize ROI. FB, TikTok, Insta, Linkedin. ect
Media Buying Leadership
Negotiate and secure cost-efficient media placements with vendors across various platforms and channels.
Oversee media buying execution across digital platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, programmatic tools) and traditional outlets.
Maintain and grow relationships with key media vendors to secure advantageous pricing and first-look opportunities.
Campaign Oversight & Optimization
Lead end-to-end campaign management, from setup and execution to performance analysis and optimization.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure campaigns meet or exceed client goals.
Provide detailed reporting and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with creative teams to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in media planning and buying, with a strong focus on B2B campaigns.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing multi-channel media campaigns.
Expertise in digital advertising platforms
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to make informed strategic decisions.
